Check Supply is an iOS app that enables you to send physical checks directly from your iPhone, eliminating the need to write and mail them yourself. By securely connecting your bank account through Plaid—a trusted financial technology platform—the app ensures that your sensitive information remains protected and is not stored on Check Supply’s servers. To use the app, simply enter the payment amount, add the recipient’s name and address (which you can import from your contacts), and include an optional memo if needed. Once you confirm the details, Check Supply prints and mails the check on your behalf, often on the same business day if completed before 3 PM EST. You can track the status of your check within the app, with most deliveries occurring within 1-5 USPS business days.

    "Like Cash App for sending checks"

    Pros: Had to mail a security deposit in a hurry, didn't have a checkbook ready and was able to just link a bank account and send a check!

    Cons: It's a bit of a steep price, but I was in a hurry.

    Overall: I was able to link my bank account on the app, and within minutes, I sent a physical check directly from my iPhone. The process was straightforward and incredibly convenient. No trips to the bank or post office!
