Centilio Sign

Pros: Centilio Sign was easy to use and worked well for our business e-signature needs for several months. The platform offered useful features such as unlimited signature requests, unlimited envelopes, templates, custom branding, team management, document storage, reminders, and audit history. It provided good value when the features included with our AppSumo License Tier 2 were functioning as advertised.

Cons: We suddenly lost access to key features and began receiving a message stating, “Your access limit is over. Please upgrade your plan to access this feature,” even though our License Tier 2 purchase included unlimited envelopes and unlimited signature requests. This made the platform unusable for our business operations. We contacted Centilio through the support email, contact form, and feedback form but did not receive a response. There is also no published support phone number, which makes resolving urgent account issues extremely difficult.

Overall: Centilio Sign worked well for us initially, and we were satisfied with the product until our paid lifetime license stopped being honored. A business should be able to rely on the features included in the plan it purchased, especially when the product is used for important customer documents and signatures. The unexpected loss of access, combined with the lack of responsive customer support, has significantly changed our opinion of the company. We would reconsider and update this review if Centilio restores our License Tier 2 access and provides an explanation, but at this time, we cannot recommend the product.
