When other users are invited, email invitations are sent automatically with a ‘Secure Access Code’ to allow access. ‘Secure Access Code’ expires to avoid stale roster personnel. Ability to transfer case ownership to other members in the roster. Your data is always secure, with 2048 bit SSL encryption on all pages, multiple database redundancy and off-site backups. Easily add documents to each case, add comments and share them.

    Cons: Very simple. The free plan is very good, but is limited.
