About CarrierView
CarrierView is load-tracking software for freight brokers and other freight teams. Brokers create loads in a web dashboard and invite drivers by text; drivers share location through the CarrierView Driver app or an app-less browser link, without requiring an ELD or TMS integration. The dashboard displays shipment location, estimated arrival time and stop status. Teams can collect photos for load documentation, exchange in-app messages with drivers, share shipment status with customers and send delivery alerts. Each location ping is screened for GPS spoofing before it reaches the broker. CarrierView also provides a REST API and webhooks for connecting tracking events with other business systems. Plans are based on simultaneous active tracks, with a free tier and paid monthly tiers. The service supports brokers tracking loads across carriers that may use different tracking tools or none at all.
