    "Great Software for Managing Auto Transport Operations"

    Pros: CargoFlare has made it much easier for our team to manage quotes, dispatching, customer communication, documents, and shipment tracking all in one place. The platform is simple to use, easy to train staff on, and helps reduce mistakes caused by using multiple systems. The support team is also responsive and continues to improve the software based on user feedback.

    Cons: Some reporting tools and advanced customization features are still being developed. The mobile experience could also continue to improve over time, especially for dispatchers who spend a lot of time working remotely or in the field.

    Overall: CargoFlare has been a valuable addition to our company. It has helped improve organization, speed up dispatching, and keep our team on the same page throughout the shipping process. Compared to other software options in the industry, it is easier to use and feels like it was designed specifically for auto transport companies.
