    "Scammed, questions arent answered, just generic auto replies"

    Pros: no pros, u cant reach support on phone, Careem doesnt care answering your questions or you, they just send generic chatgpt answers

    Cons: I cancelled my Careem Food order within few minutes. I was charged AED 60.30, received neither the food nor a refund, and repeatedly asked Careem to provide timestamps, evidence that I was warned before cancellation, and the legal basis for charging the full amount. Instead, my ticket was closed without answering those questions. I have now escalated the matter to Dubai Consumer Rights.

    Overall: Overall they have a lot of services in one, but if they arent good and their support just closes tickets in your face without resolving the issue or answering your questions, you just feel scammed, i would rather have an uber app separately and then use deliveroo or talabat , than have careem scamming me
