About Call Welcome
Call Welcome is a cloud-based AI phone receptionist for Canadian home-service trades. It answers calls forwarded from an existing business number. The receptionist tells callers it is AI and that the call is transcribed, answers business-defined questions about hours, service area and services, and collects the caller's name, callback number, address, job details, urgency and preferred callback time. Messages are texted to the business and saved in an online inbox with a transcript. Businesses can define emergency conditions for routing calls to the owner's phone, choose whether the service answers outside business hours, and have sales calls declined. Use cases include plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, roofing, garage doors, painting, tile, paving, landscaping, pools and home cleaning.
