"Very Useful Software with Great Features"

    Posted 2024-07-24

Pros: This end-to-end payment collection software offers excellent features, from ACH payment processing to configurable invoicing templates and workflows. The best thing about Cadency is its seamless integration with Xero and its outstanding customer support.

Cons: The only downside is that it doesn't support mobile payments, which I hope will be added in the future.

Overall: Our team had a great experience with Cadency. They provided useful documentation for using the software, and the clean interface makes it easy to navigate.

"Seamless NetSuite Integration with Automated Reminders"

    Posted 2024-06-13

Pros: I was on the hunt for software that could integrate with NetSuite. Luckily, I found Cadency, and it integrated with my system effortlessly. The ease of use is a big plus, our teams got the hang of it in no time. The design and interface are great but the best part is the automated reminders, which save our teams hours of chasing payments.

Cons: I miss having discount terms on vendors and hope this feature will be released shortly.

Overall: At this point in time, there isn't much to dislike, except I wish it had more flexible design features and discount terms.
