About Cabica
Cabica is taxi dispatch and booking software for independent taxi and private-hire operators. It includes a browser-based dispatch console, the Cabica Driver app and customer app for iPhone and Android, and a booking website under the operator’s own name. Stripe card payments go directly to the operator’s own account. The platform provides live GPS tracking and driver compliance alerts. Jobs are dispatched automatically by zone and queue, with manual override. Operators set their own tariffs, including fixed prices between zones, meter and mileage tariffs, night and bank-holiday tariffs, and surge pricing. Corporate accounts include invoices and statements. During metered trips, the driver app’s meter floats over Google Maps or Waze on iPhone and Android. Monthly plans cost £100 for up to 10 drivers, £220 for up to 50 drivers, and £300–£1,200 for unlimited drivers. There is no fare commission or setup fee.
