Pros: I appreciated the fast customer service and the immediate response when my team had questions. It made implementation much smoother.
Cons: I didn't like the user interface specifics. It was not very user friendly and created the need for excessive customer support, which was superior as I stated above.
Overall: I would recommend Capital Office to anyone looking to improve efficiency and increase their ability to make data driven decisions.
