    Pros: Reports.
    Filtering and parsing categories.
    Notes section.

    Cons: No flow.
    Lack of customization.
    Weak customer support.

    Overall: Bullhorn, relatively compared to other ATS systems feels like its stuck in 2015. If I were demonstrating ATS systems for a TA Department it would become apparent it was not as user friendly as others. It was almost like it was created by someone that has never performed requirement
