    Pros: I loved the principle of the app. It is easy to navigate, and looks aesthetically pleasing. The pricing is cheap for this service ( which promotes accessibility) and the features are amazing, as I can have all wellness components on one app.

    Cons: There are no cons applicable to this app based on my experience.

    Overall: Loved using this app, and I am currently having a good experience. I feel as if my mental well-being has improved since using the app.

    Pros: Functionality is super intuitive. This app (or the beta, at least) made me feel listened to, heard, and understood. I will be one of the first to download in September.

    Cons: Some bugs in the beta, but I’m expecting them to be gone come September.

    Overall: Excellent, everything I want in a mental health app. I wasn’t ready to go to therapy, but for sure wanted to have a place to work on my mental health. This app is all I needed, and some I didn’t even know I needed, as well!
