About Brytebuild

Brytebuild is a UK-built MRP system with a quality management system inside it, made for small make-to-order manufacturers.

It runs the whole job: multi-level BOMs and MRP, finite-capacity scheduling that will not double-book a machine, purchasing, stock, pick, pack and despatch, and invoicing that posts through to Xero or Sage.

Two things the usual shortlist does not have. Your customer checks their own order progress from a link, with no login. And quality is built in rather than bought separately: non-conformances, CAPA, concessions, calibration, document control, internal audit and management review.

Every unit can carry a serial number with genealogy running both ways, back to the supplier lot and forward to the customer, plus a public digital product passport for EU ESPR readiness.

Priced in pounds from £45 per user per month, minimum two users, with cheaper shop-floor seats for the workshop.

Brytebuild Product Features

MRP

Brytebuild is an MRP for UK make-to-order manufacturers of roughly 5 to 25 people, with a quality management system inside it rather than sold alongside. The engine explodes multi-level bills of materials, nets demand against stock, work in progress and open purchase orders, and returns dated recommendations for what to make and what to buy. Scheduling is finite capacity: works orders route through work centres against real daily hours on a drag-and-drop Gantt that will not double-book a machine. Two things separate it from the usual shortlist. Your customer checks their own order progress from a link, with no login. And quality is part of the same system: inspection plans, non-conformances, CAPA, calibration, document control, internal audit and management review. From £45 per full user per month, minimum two users, priced in pounds, plus cheaper execute-only shop-floor seats. 14-day free trial, no card required.

Warehouse Management

Brytebuild's warehouse management runs on the same data as its MRP, so stock, production and despatch are never reconciled between two systems. Movements are an append-only ledger down to container and barcode level, so the history of a location is auditable rather than inferred from a balance. Allocation and reservation keep committed stock out of the available figure, and multi-warehouse is supported with per-location minimums. Picking, packing and despatch run as real workflows, with FEFO allocation where shelf life matters. Goods in records the supplier lot at receipt, which is what makes two-way traceability work later. The 3D warehouse designer is the part people remember: lay out racking, aisles and dock doors on a floor plan, then switch the same model into a live operations view. A £19 per full user per month add-on on any plan; shop-floor seats do not carry it. UK-built, priced in pounds, 14-day free trial.
