    "Complete waste of money "

    Pros: Nothing they didn't do anything they promised... although they claimed to run campaigns I never saw one nor did I ever make one cent ROI.

    Cons: This was a complete waste of money. They didn't do anything they promised I didn't get one penny ROI on this in addition to that when I requested to cancel it's like they completely dropped off the face of the planet after we had our required half hour phone call to get them to try and keep me as a customer. They are still charging me and I'm having to dispute it with my credit card company. I would not recommend them at all. It is a complete waste of money.

    Overall: Not good I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    Buyer beware as even when you cancel they continue to charge you!

    "BIG Sell! Failed Delivery!"

    Pros: The sell seemed great! But the reality was nothing but... The pitch was solid, but eventually I realised the company had no integrity and I was scammed.

    Cons: Poor communication, bounced emails, inability to provide service, lack of availability.

    Overall: I fell for the BIG SELL with a Zoom Presentation and proceeded to purchase a Digital Marketing Package. After not being able to find suitable appointment times and a few other red flags on the integrity of the business I decided to cancel. I got a complete runaround, passing the buck, bounced emails and non-returned emails. I've had to enlist my bank to dispute the charges. I've still been getting automated emails from them trying to upsell me. I'm STILL waiting for my refund!

    Cons: Nothing at this stage, early days in the process.

    Overall: This is the first time we have used a marketing team and I am please with what I have seen so far. The test will be the sales results and how the campaigns.

    "Essential software for running native ads"

    Pros: The product is a fantastic idea as when buying across multiple native platforms, managing campaigns became far too much work.

    The automated rules which allow us to update bids or block sites have helped us to increase profit and save time.

    Cons: No software is without its issues occasionally. The support team will step up and most issues we've encountered have been resolved.

    Overall: Brax is an affordable tool which has had a positive impact on the performance of our native ads marketing campaigns. I would recommend.

    "Useless in every way imaginable "

    Pros: There are no pros since all of what was promised was not delivered on. They took my money and did nothing at all in the way of creating the advertorial as per my request and lied about full transparency and never provided a "dedicated" senior media buyer. What a joke.

    Cons: Poor support, and zero ability to create content based on what was requested and the ads were poorly managed and delivered zero value.

    Overall: Every promise was false and the cost is not at all worth it. Kevin will promise the world then take your money and tell you he's sorry and there's nothing he can do. Don't waste your money.
