"Incredible POS pawn system" Posted 2025-12-23
Pros: We have been loyal Bravo Customers since 2016. Throughout our almost decade of business with Bravo, our company has seen incredible growth in both sales and our loans. We went from a loan balance of under 200k to 425k. The mobile pawn app had transformed our business. We capture about 65% of our pawn service charges with the mobile pawn app. This frees up our SLAs to focus on writing more loans, and making more sales, rather than taking payments. The E4473 and cloud storage is incredible for compliance and saving real estate in our store. I love being able to send a 4473 almost instantly to the ATF if they request a trace. These innovations have had a huge impact on our business. I look forward to seeing what else Bravo creates for their customers.
Cons: No software is perfect. There will be some frustrations with any product you use. Our initial conversion was challenging.
Overall: We have experienced growth in all aspects of our business. Bravo is the most innovative software company in our industry.

Pros: Robust retail and firearms POS system. Excellent customer service and support. Ease of use and training for staff.
Cons: Adding previously obtained firearms can be a challenge and required the use of a spreadsheet and several steps to print price tags. New firearm acquisition is very easy.
Overall: The new system has proven most effective in sales, inventory and reporting control. We have eliminated paper processing of every aspect of our store. The range management program makes management and movement of customers effortless.

Overall: Experience has been great! The product is very easy to use and learn. Reporting could be improved upon, but it appears they improve on this monthly.

"Bravo Store Systems Helped me Manage my store on a whole new level!" Posted 2023-10-27
Pros: The Inventory management including SKUs in Bravo was so helpful compared to my previous software. I was able to manage my pawn transactions and my firearm transactions with ease including all of the compliance that comes along with both of these types of transactions. I really liked the digital E4473 they provide and develop in house, and the automatic 3310's. We utilize their Ecommerce features as well and they have helped us continue to turn our in store inventory on a more regular basis. The reporting also helped me get a really in depth look at my business activities with a lot of detail. My employees were able to get into Bravo and start working really fast it was easy to understand, and when we needed help Bravo actually helped us train new employees!
Cons: I cant wait to see what else they have in store! We are thinking about moving into different verticals like range and Manufacturing in the future and these aren't quite available yet but will be coming soon!
Overall: Overall I'm very impressed with what they have to offer and the attention they pay to what the customer wants/needs. When I need something there is always someone there to help out. I have also seen my sales increase from the efficiency of their system and from the Ecommerce options they offer!

"Best in the Business" Posted 2023-10-27
Pros: I have used numerous different pawn POS systems over the years: Pawndex, Pawnmaster, Pawnmate, Muns, and Bravo. I can unequivocally say that Bravo is hands-down, far and away, the best. From eBay integration, the Estimator, Customer Loyalty, Business Intelligence, a streamlined e4473 process, a mobile payment app, an easy-to-use Physical Inventory module, and much more, there is no comparison. Other systems may do one or two of those things, but Bravo is the only one that does them all. Moreover, they are still developing great new ideas to further improve their lead as the frontrunner within this space.
Cons: An initial complaint was the lack of an e4473 product, which is now available and working great. The system is very robust on the configuration side of things. There are options and settings for just about everything. It can be a little overwhelming at first, but they did a great job of walking me through the process and explaining what every setting meant and did.
Overall: Overall, I can't imagine operating on any other POS platform. Bravo is a world-class product and deserves your attention for at least a demo. But you've been warned: once you try it, there's no going back!

"Easiest, Most All In One Platform Available" Posted 2023-10-26
Pros: There is too much to list. Bravo has a smooth, very modern, very sleek interface that is easy to navigate. Some of my personal highlights:
Inventory Management
Loan Management
Layaway Management
Custom Ad Hoc Reporting
E4473 With Cloud Storage
SMS Messages
MobilePawn
Buya
E-Commerce
eBay integration
Retail Store SupportCons: Honestly, there really isn't much to call a con. Compared to other platforms, it really is a step, rather a huge leap, ahead.
Overall: Bravo is a great platform for your retail store, pawnshop, and firearm store. Converting is easy, it is a cakewalk to learn the new platform, coming from someone who has personally used other platforms, from the basic to the elaborate "Master" systems.

"Bravo POS & E4473" Posted 2023-04-12
Pros: Bravo is very in tune with its customers and listening to our needs. They frequently update the software to keep up with all firearm industry regulations. Also with the along wit the Firearm updates Bravo is always improving their systems to stay ahead of the for ever changing world we live.
Lastly the cloud based system is so nice, I have 2 locations and it makes everyday operating a breeze.Cons: When you sign on with Bravo, You have to be ready with the mindset of converting to any NEW software system can and will be tough at times. Not really a Bravo thing but being Cloud based comes with its issues when your Internet provider "goes down" so I would defiantly recommend to have a plan in place for when this happens.
Overall: We have been in the Firearms retail Industry for over 35 years and a Bravo user since 2018. Our overall experience with Bravo has been GREAT. The Technical support is very helpful and truly understand what it takes to run a successful business. Inventory management is very important to Bravo and the best feature of Bravo for me is E4473 and the recorded keeping of the firearms. Ive been through ATF audits and the Agents complement Bravo and the way it performs.

"Best Pawnshop / Gun Store Software Out There" Posted 2023-03-21
Pros: Bravo makes pawn easy and effortless. They are constantly innovating in areas where other pawn software companies do not. eBay KPI makes it easy to have your entire store for sale in shop and online without duplicate sells being an issue, therefore increasing sales. Pawning, buying and selling can all be done in one transaction screen making the transactions quicker. Customers get the MobilePawn app which allows them to pay on their pawns while the store is closed. The E4473 feature is also something we absolutely cannot live without now and every shop that sells guns should have it.
Cons: Only two minor complaints. First, this software is cloud based, meaning it will rely on the speed of your local internet. We've not had but 1 issue in almost 3 years, but when your internet is down, your store is down. There is an option to get a cellular backup that will solve this. The other is the price. Comparing the price to other pawn software, Bravo is the more expensive choice - but it's worth it. I have no intentions of going anywhere and would only recommend Bravo.
Overall: Overall - most people I recommend Bravo to complain about the cost at first, but I truly believe that cost is offset by how much more you are going to make by running Bravo. I would recommend it to every pawnshop and I would recommend E4473 to every gun shop as well.

"Bravo to Bravo Software " Posted 2023-03-20
Pros: Bravo is a great pawn software with terrific customer service. They, in my opinion, are always looking for ways to improve and keep up with the ever changing world of technology and change in laws on federal and state levels. When I call with a question I always get a call back quickly if they aren’t able to take my call right away. They are courteous and professional.
Cons: I wish there were certain features they had that I or others may desire but they are sensitive to my request or ideas and I understand the reasoning behind not being able to make that always happen.
Overall: Overall it continues to be a great experience with Bravo. Customer service is the best I’ve experienced with three other softwares over 30 years.

"Best All in one software!" Posted 2023-03-08
Pros: They do everything I need in my Gun Store, I can sell guns easily and feel compliant when doing so. I have also been able to buy used guns efficiently with the estimator they provide and I am able to manage my inventory easily with custom reporting. Doing their e4473 with cloud storage has been a breeze and has eliminated almost all of my paper printing.
Cons: No current cons, my only issue is that it isn't free which would be a dream!
Overall: My experience has been great from start to finish from support to development they are on top of it. I have been able to feel confident in using the product since day one. The onboarding from my old software was an easy process and all of my data transferred over without a hitch.
