    "Ineffective from Recruiter Side"

    Pros: Large number of searches posted.

    Cons: Hard to get responses from companies.
    BountyJobs doesn't offer much support to recruiters.

    Overall: While BountyJobs premise of giving companies a platform to allow multiple recruiters to work on posted positions sounds good, they actually don't require any accountability from those companies.
