Cons: They offer little to no customer support and fail to communicate effectively when technical issues or glitches occur. If there’s a problem with their system—such as booking errors, payment issues, or service disruptions—there is often no clear way to reach a representative, and customers are left without updates or assistance. This lack of responsiveness can lead to frustration and inconvenience, especially when timely service and reliability are expected.
Overall: I have been a loyal customer for over five years, and during that time, I have not seen any noticeable upgrades or improvements to their product or service. The platform feels outdated, and it seems like little effort has been made to enhance the user experience or keep up with evolving industry standards. What’s even more disappointing is the persistent lack of customer support. When issues arise—whether technical glitches, booking errors, or general questions—there is rarely anyone available to help, and communication is often delayed or nonexistent. This ongoing lack of responsiveness has made the experience increasingly frustrating and has caused me to question my continued use of their services.

Pros: Very easy to use support payment gateway for online booking, pretty well manage, and lot of features in one software.
Cons: Smooth and fast specially driver and customer end.
Overall: Look and feel good.
