    Pros: Everything! The system integrates perfectly with Slack and our team uses Bonusly all day long to recognize each other. Bonusly keeps morale high and peer-to-peer recognition and camaraderie strong.

    Cons: Nothing! We have never had any minor or major issues with the Bonusly platform.

    Overall: Bonusly is a platform that is deeply integrated in our company culture. I can't imagine not having it as part of our day-to-day operations. I highly recommend this software to anyone considering it!

  • This program is great to recognize a co-worker. Instead of just saying thanks for the help. You can recognize them with points that they can accumulate. I like the gifs you can add to the comments.
  • Omg Bonusly is like sooooo good! Our distributed team has been growing like crazy over the last year. I was getting worried that folks would start to feel isolated and disconnected, but Bonusly has allowed us maintain strong relationships with our co-workers. By providing us with a tool to congratulate and show recognition to one another for all the awesome rad cool neat stuff our people do, the team has maintained a strong bond and we love every day that we get to work together. Also the gifs are funny.
