Pros: Simple, fast set up. Sabrina is constantly available to help and providing You Tube videos to educate and teach us. Plus, she scores very highly on the trust scale as she is ever present in normal, approachable manner.

Cons: I would like a longer time window to be able to book content to be published, say, 2-3 months in advance.

Overall: Love this product and would recommend it to anyone creating content. It's a game changer and will only get better! I was thinking about Hootsuite and this suddenly came along. Thank you Sabrina.

Pros: I enjoy the usability of it, and the potential behind it. I see the vision but I believe there are still many bugs to be sorted through. It's in early phases for content creation and proper post management.

Cons: Calendar coordination, proper synching of deleted posts still posting, and UI still in early development. No major cons, just items still in development.

Overall: Overall, ok, awaiting further development and enhancements to improve bugs and UI interfaces. Can't wait to see what comes next.

Pros: Since I started using Blotato, my content creation workflow has completely transformed. Being able to schedule and publish posts to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube from a single dashboard is a huge time-saver. The AI-powered content generation actually works — it learns my brand voice and produces drafts that sound like me, not generic AI output. The Claude MCP and n8n integrations are clean and reliable, making automation workflows much smoother than anything else I've tried.

Cons: The interface is functional but a bit plain visually. When there are many posts scheduled, the calendar view can get a bit hard to follow. Also, keeping an eye on the credit usage is important — costs can creep up unexpectedly if you're not paying attention.

Overall: Blotato is a genuinely time-saving tool for solopreneurs and small teams. Having content creation, remixing, scheduling, and publishing all under one roof means I no longer have to jump between different apps. The multi-account support and Claude MCP integration were real game-changers for me. Price-to-value ratio is solid. I've already recommended it to people in my network and will continue to do so.

Cons: Lots of use cases; best if you have used other tools and need something more advanced or are doing AI automation. Could have better videos and docs on real use cases, but same with other tools in world of AI

Overall: Founder is keeping up on AI trends and social media so it is always being improved. More and more youtube content on how to use Blotato and documentation is solid yet still improving constantly

Pros: I really appreciate the scheduling and video features in Blotato. The ability to plan and schedule content in advance takes so much pressure off my workflow, and the video upload and posting capabilities make it easy to share ministry content across multiple platforms at once. Being able to schedule posts days or even weeks out means I can batch my content creation and stay consistent without having to post manually every day. The video handling is smooth and reliable, which matters when I'm sharing faith content that needs to go out at the right time. Blotato has genuinely simplified how I manage everything.

Cons: So far, I have absolutely no cons with Blotato. Everything has worked smoothly from scheduling to video uploads, and the platform has exceeded my expectations. I have not run into any issues, glitches, or frustrations. For my use case, Blotato has been a seamless and reliable tool from day one.

Overall: My overall experience with Blotato has been outstanding. From the moment I started using it, the platform felt intuitive and built for serious content creators. Pros: I loved how easy and simple it was to setup and automate my content. It helped extremely well to automate postings and the API with claude code significantly boosted my posting speed, efficiency, and quality, and blotato scheduling the posts and posting for me was very nice.

Cons: Sometimes it says 1 post is scheduled, but if I cancel it then reschedule it posts the same thing twice, not the biggest deal but a bit frustrating because it was not accurately telling me what was scheduled. I fixed it my double checking before scheduling but regardless mistakes can still happen.

Cons: when i log in the menu on the left don't come on. Visual templates are standalone, can't pull from saved brand documents automatically. If only Canva can be included.

Overall: i am pretty happy. non tech background so this tool is really helpful. i started with branding first and then create content so wished this tool can be seamless in application in my scenario.

Pros: I run a small Künstlerhaus in Kempten and we needed something easy to keep things organized. Blotato has been an absolute lifesaver for our daily creative chaos. It is super simple to use and helps me keep track of all our events and artists without needing a tech degree.

Cons: Sometimes it takes a second or two longer to load a page when my internet is acting up. It is honestly not a big deal at all though and does not really bother me.

Overall: Managing the Künstlerhaus in Kempten has become so much smoother since we started using Blotato. It just works exactly the way we need it to. I can definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a solid and straightforward tool for their own projects.

Pros: Blotato delivers on all its promises. It was so easy to set up and use. The real key to this is Sabrina's amazing videos. Just follow along, and it all falls into place. I love how reliable it is. And I also love the insight it gives me into the posting going on in my accounts.

Cons: I've had a hard time finding anything I didn't like yet. If I could pick one thing, it would be maybe the calendar, which I know is a beta. For me, the week view on the calendar works really well. I wish there would be a way to get the monthly view a little bit better. When there are many posts scheduled per day. It's pretty tough to see them on the calendar view.

Overall: The overall experience has been excellent. I cannot overemphasize how much time using Blotato is saving me. I cannot imagine going back to trying to work without it.

I can repurpose a keynote clip, a Facebook thread, or a long-form post and push it across platforms without jumping between tools. The n8n integration is clean for anyone building automation workflows. If you're running volume and I am having creation, remixing, and scheduling in one place saves real time.

The UI is functional but not beautiful - it's clearly built by someone who cares more about automation than aesthetics. And if Facebook organic is your primary channel like it is for me, you'll notice the tool leans more toward TikTok and LinkedIn workflows.

Overall: If you're a solo operator or small team pushing content across multiple platforms, Blotato earns its place in the stack. It's not a casual tool. It rewards people who already have a system and want to scale distribution without hiring. For me it sits alongside Claude as part of how I move content from idea to published. Worth testing on a paid plan before committing.

Pros: I finally have a place to mass post all my content and on all of my channels. Once you learn the interface, its a very simple and systematic approach to posting content.

Cons: Slight learning curve especially with no tech background when it comes to intergrading Claude. Like learning anything in life a learning curve is inevitable. AI creation for images videos may need more flexibility like adding image references.

Overall: Genuinely pleased. the learning curve is small but well worth the time to sit down and get used to the interface. I look forward to further updates. this has helped me exponentially. Coming from someone who hated posting content, now with Blotato, i look forward to it daily.

Pros: I really love the need it meets of being able to post to different platforms at once. This is golding i think everything else is extra. 😃

Cons: The Inspiration feature, should cover more topics, like in my use case i wanted topics on Heritage language, Bilingual Parenting and topics that have to do with the need for children in diaspora to learn their local language. But i understand the app cannot have everything, but this would be an icing on the cake for me, because i use blotato everyday, like everyday.

Overall: Awesome! I commend you, Sabrina, for this thoughtful product, i'll still rate it a 9 for need it meets, it's golden, really!
