    Pros: Free & Open Source.
    No ads, bloatware, spyware.
    Easy to use.
    Clean your drives and optimize your system.
    Available on windows, linux and mac.
    Available as portable app.

    Cons: Interface is old and lot of advanced features are missing.

    Overall: BleachBit is a free open source alternative to CCleaner. Although not as polished and having less features it is a decent software to clean your drives.
