BizKhata is a GST billing and inventory app for small Indian shops, including kirana, medical, mobile, hardware and garment stores, and small wholesalers. Create GST tax invoices with automatic CGST/SGST or IGST, HSN codes and GSTINs. Print receipts on 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers, or share A4/A5 PDFs on WhatsApp with a UPI QR code showing the exact amount due. Stock updates with each sale and purchase; barcode scanning and low-stock alerts help track inventory. Customer and supplier dues (udhaar khata) are linked to bills. Monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B helper sheets support work with a CA. AI can draft purchase entries from uploaded supplier bills. Billing works offline on Android and syncs with the web app. New accounts start with a 30-day trial, followed by a limited Free plan or paid monthly, yearly or lifetime licenses. BizKhata does not generate e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills and is not a full double-entry accounting package.
