Pros: There are absolutely no pros to mention here, and given my experience, I honestly cannot think of a single positive aspect.

Cons: The service works, but only halfway - they take your money, but provide nothing in return.

Overall: I sent USDT through a BitNational ATM to receive CAD 100. The ATM accepted the transfer but issued no cash, receipt, code, or SMS. Support confirmed the transaction was successful and told me to return, but there was no option to collect the money. When I asked how to get it, support stopped answering emails and calls. I received neither the cash nor a USDT refund. In my opinion, this was unfair and misleading. I strongly advise against using BitNational.

Pros: The ATM was easy to use. Receiving an email stating the transaction was received and is in the "Processing" state.

Cons: Completed a transaction and 1 day later it still is is not processed, created a ticket and no response to the ticket, hunted for a phone number, left messages as there is no one to pick up the call. Terrible customer service and responsibility.

Overall: Terrible service on processing the transaction. Customer Support is terrible and after creating a ticket, no response or update.
