    "As simple as it gets"

    Pros: Very easy to use, everything is done in a couple of clicks. I especially love the recurring invoices which take care of 90% of monthly invoicing.

    Cons: Nothing in particular, there are a few small opportunities for new features but the great thing is that I suggested a couple and the support had already placed in the development pipe.

    Overall: I use both web access on my computer and the Android app daily and I would not swap Billdu for anything else. I am checking balances there, see the communication with clients, add new expenses as I go by simply scanning receipts as soon as I get them etc., all in one app.

    "Missing Money, and no customer support."

    Pros: Easy to use.
    Low Cost.
    Short URL.
    I like the color Blue used on the website.
    The Pros are not at all worth the Cons.

    Cons: They changed the format of my invoices to include a PayPal option. This was not made clear to me, and now I have a client who has used that PayPal option, but The $ never came to me. Where did it go? Who knows? Customer support responded with a tutorial on how to turn off the PayPal option, but has yet to address the much bigger issue of changing my format without my permission, and now withholding information on my clients payment to me.

    This is outrageous. No invoicing app should put their customers in the situation I'm in. Not worth the Pros. Not even a little.

    Overall: Used for over 2 years, Fine until it wasn't. very upsetting. Do not utilize this service. After subscribing to this service for over 2 years, I am now missing income due to a design change on the system.

    "Very poor customer service"

    Pros: Very poor customer service

    I’ve been trying to contact by email customer services regarding a problem with the invoicing nobody is even be bothered to contact me I’m going back to invoices to go I pay a bit more but fantastic customer service

    I really wouldn’t recommend this company

    Cons: Customer service Very poor no feedback no way of contacting him by phone and they do not answer their emails

    Overall: Very poor service you may save a little bit on your invoice in the form of customer service it’s not worth the saving
