    Pros: We loved how easy it was to set-up Beyonk, especially as we had no online ticket system before. Beyonk is really easy to use for both us at the venue and the user. The support is also really helpful.

    We find the system really useful for upselling events, managing our season ticket holders and our day to day sales.

    Cons: The only thing I can think of is the reports to be a little more user friendly.

    Overall: We would highly recommend Beyonk for all ticketing needs - it's easy to use, visually good, and our visitors love it to.

    Pros: Easy to use, constantly evolving software, the staff are always very friendly and supportive with great personalised support for our business.

    Cons: It would be great to get information on most viewed products, once that then get a sale ect but I'm sure this is in development.

    Overall: Beyonk has really enhanced the booking journey our customers experience through our website. The back office is easy to use and navigate plus we get so much information from the customer insights tool. They are constantly developing and happy to take my own suggestions and feedback on board.

    "An asset to our ticket selling operations"

    Pros: Beyonk is an easy booking system for our customers to use. It has been easy to integrate into our website.
    It's very useful to be able to see easily how many tickets are sold daily and for what time.

    Cons: There are some features missing, such a being able to bulk move a day of bookings.

    Overall: Beyonk has made it easier to get a handle on not just selling tickets to our events, but also reacting to data to make sure our customers come more often and have a better experience when they are here.
    Emma Latham, our account manager has been on hand when needed to troubleshoot any issues and is very clear and knowledgeable with her explanations.

    Pros: My Pros of Using Beyonk
    Really easy to use. I don’t need to be tech-savvy — setting up events, tickets, and time slots takes just a few minutes.
    Smooth booking for my customers. The checkout process is quick and clean, which makes people far more likely to finish booking.
    Support is awesome. Whenever I’ve needed help, their team has been super responsive and friendly.
    Saves me a ton of admin time. Automatic emails, payments, and scheduling mean fewer calls and spreadsheets for me to deal with.
    Great value for money. I feel like I’m getting a professional booking system without the high costs some other platforms charge.
    Easy to plug into my website. The booking widget integrates neatly so my customers stay on my site instead of being redirected somewhere else.
    Looks professional. The front-end is clean and modern, which makes my business look more polished.
    Quick to set up. Switching over and getting started was straightforward — I didn’t lose days figuring it out.
    They actually listen. Beyonk keeps adding features and improving things based on feedback, which makes me feel like I’m being heard.
    Better experience for my customers. Fewer queues, QR codes for check-in — everything just feels smoother and more modern.

    Cons: It is a really really easy platform to use, and I’m very pleased with the service

    "Couldn't run our business without it!"

    Pros: + Ease of use - being able to completely customise everything, from ticket prices and quantity, to time slots, to altering capacity in real time...brilliant.
    + Biggest pro this year is allowing customers to manage their own bookings. It has saved us so, so much wasted time moving tickets to new dates.
    + Complete integration by embedding into our website looks more professional than other platforms that take you to an external site. (There has been a few issues with this loading earlier this year, but it seems to be rectified) Please don't ever remove this option.
    + Help is always there when we need it (thank you Emma!)

    Cons: - Not a fan of the change in checking-in guests manually. We do not have a QR reader (the iPad we use for sales is too old), and to be honest we like making guests feel important by asking for their name - it's more personal, and we gain so much positive feedback about the welcome they receive . The recent change on the dashboard where you click "check in" as before, but now it takes you into a secondary page where you confirm the check-in is extremely irritating. Please reverse this change!

    Overall: Very positive - since changing from a different platform (who changed their business and were unable to support small businesses) I cannot imagine how we would have coped with the constant challenges of running an outdoor visitor experience without the flexibility of Beyonk's platform.

    "Incredible Customer Journey"

    Pros: As our customers moved to mobile devices, we needed a new booking solution that made the customer booking journey effortless with apple pay, google pay and a simple to understand step by step process.

    I've had incredible support from Ella, who's been able to provide in-depth analysis of offers, season passes. She has undertaken website audits and updated errors, ensuring customers have a flawless experience.

    The in-person QR code scanning is incredibly fast in all lighting, its one bar code per group to save time, I'm able to check-in an entire group or part group if needed and see clear info about the booking there and then.

    The Back office software allows me to see vital info, refund or cancel tickets and reschedule effortlessly.

    Cons: All webpage based, would like a check-in app. Reporting has improved hugely since I've been a customer (2 years+) but I'd like to see more in depth day by day analysis to track our sales performance better in real time.

    Overall: Really positive experience, competitively priced and incredible customer service. I'm so busy with being in our business it's great to have a reliable ticketing partner, who I know is taking care of things.

    "Great booking system and customer service "

    Pros: Saves on admin time as customers can manage their own booking which is the best part for us as we only have one person (me) on emails so it saves time that we otherwise may not using other platforms.

    Creating each product and integrating into our own website is nice and easy.

    So far, we have only used for one event in 2024 and the same event in 2025 so the ability to see the sales analysis breakdown and compare to the same time last year has been really great.

    Customer service has been great from the very beginning with everyone i have come into contact with. Currently being Jasmine who has been great and has even gone out of her way to suggest ideas for us.

    Cons: Nothing at the moment.

    Overall: First time using a booking platform as a business and I don't imagine us using any other. Great customer service and ease of using the Beyonk dashboard has been currently very worth the fees. Only used so far with 1 large event and again this year with 1 large event but hoping to use with some smaller scale events in 2026, so will be interesting to see if all is still as beneficial to us.

    Cons: I cant really fault the system whenever i have an issue they seem to adapt to it and improve it.

    Pros: Beyonk has been very easy to use. It has some exciting marketing features and a great team behind it!

    Cons: It's impossible to tailor a programme to the specific requirements of all the businesses that use it, so there are certain features that we would like to see more of (e.g. a clearer way to show limited ticket capacity).

    Pros: The staff are always on hand to assist with any problems. Emma at Beyonk has been instrumental in informing us of new developments and features. Beyonk listen to our business needs and, over the years, have helped us with our different needs.

    Cons: The one con is that Beyonk does not link to the TXGB platform which is a shame. However, the pros of the booking system outweigh this.

    Overall: I would recommend Beyonk to other users looking for an easy to use booking system which is cost effective and delivers results.

    Pros: Easy to Learn system with fantastic support from friendly and helpful staff. Has all the features for us to move forward and increase sales in the future.

    Cons: None found as yet, we are a reasonably new customer and have only just started selling through Beyonk.

    Overall: We were reluctant to move away from our old booking system provider as we have complicated requirements, but the fantastic staff at Beyonk led us through the setup process and ensured that everything worked exactly as required. My initial impressions are of a modern system with all the bells and whistles needed from a booking system in this day and age.

    Pros: Very informative during the process of researching the company and they were very patient with all of my many many questions!

    The onboarding was very thorough and helpful, we didn't feel rushed to go live before we were confident we understood how to make it work best for us.

    The reports and back of house information are really easy to use and very helpful for future planning.

    The whole platform is well designed, easy to use and intuitive. This is especially important for the members of staff who aren't so tech savvy.

    The follow ups and product updates have been excellent. Beyonk are constantly improving their service and happy to take feedback on what features our business could use to make things run smoothly

    General customer service has been excellent.

    Cons: There is nothing we don't like, and features that we felt could be improved have either already been addressed or are in the pipeline.

    Overall: It's been excellent. The customer care has been incredibly valuable with a focus on helping us to drive tickets sales but also in making that process as simple and user friendly as possible for our team.

    Pros: Makes it easy for visitors to book. It's easy to check visitors in using a mobile device to scan the QR code.

    Cons: Not designed for group bookings for businesses. The integration with Epos now is too slow to use as a point of sale in a busy place.

    Overall: Works well for visitors to book and check in. Needs to be able to give visitors a vat receipt for their bookings, which it doesn't currently.

    Pros: Easy to add and amend activities and availability. Integrated gift voucher system works super well and great support from staff at Beyonk for training and utilising the system to it's full potential!

    Cons: Nothing - works well for our business. All feedback is clearly taken on by Beyonk and addressed.

    Pros: Beyonk really helped get our caverns back up and running after the pandemic and has continued to support us since. The system has grown alongside our business, and it’s been great to see regular improvements. We’ve built a strong relationship with our account manager, who checks in regularly and genuinely listens to feedback. Recent developments, including faster system speeds and improved reporting tools, have made a real difference to our day-to-day operations.

    Cons: We’d love to see Square integrated with future timeslots, as this would help us streamline our payment setup for walk-ins even further.

    Overall: Beyonk offers user-friendly technology backed by a helpful and responsive support team. Our customers find it very easy to to book. It’s a flexible system that evolves with your needs, and we feel confident in the direction it’s heading. We’d happily recommend it to other experience providers looking for a reliable, modern booking solution.
