    "Horrible very nearly non existence customer service!"

    Pros: No human customer service phone. I never get access to my deposits within 5 business days.
    All of the other companies I use give access to my cash/deposits in seconds.

    Cons: Response with a bot, never have I ever heard from or talked to a person live. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE "EVER"!!!!!!!!!

    Overall: If you make a deposit it will often take about 8 business days before you can have access to it. Now I can't not see my account can't log in says wrong password or login. If you like access to your money stay clear from this Bakkt.
    I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but so have others.
