BacktestFlow is a browser-based manual backtesting and trade-journaling application for forex traders. Users replay historical charts candle by candle, place market, stop, and limit orders, and record each closed trade with notes, tags, checklist items, and screenshots before replay continues. The product calculates trading statistics in units such as pips, percentages, money, and R, with breakdowns by instrument, session, and other trade attributes. A separate journal lets users record and review live trades. Flow Coach analyzes recorded trading patterns and includes significance checks. Paid plans add Monte Carlo simulations and a prop-firm challenge simulation. The service runs in a web browser and helps traders examine discretionary strategies and execution without writing code.
