Pros: Awardco is simple and easy to use. Even for me and that is saying a lot. Thank you! Even I could figure out how to get what I wanted with only a little help from others in the family.

Cons: Having to work with computers is always hard for me.

Overall: Good. I got what I was looking for and it wasn't like pulling teeth and not nearly as painful as such things have been in the past.

Pros: I like this because it feels like a treat from the company recognition of you doing a good job. I’m just wanting to represent their employees within nice reward.

Cons: There is nothing I don’t like about this. You work for it you earn it you deserve it. You’ll get it.

Overall: My overall experience with this here I have received points and was able to get me a Bakers rack. I was looking for for my kitchen very satisfied.

Pros: I like how it's a very easy platform to navigate for anyone. Multiple choices on complimenting coworkers, and also receiving compliments or encouragement. And awesome how easy it is to exchange these compliments for physical rewards!

Cons: I don't like how I have to go to my email to remember my login.

Overall: Amazing, and very satisfied! It is a very good system to admire and receive appreciation at work! I would recommend any company to use this platform!

Pros: I love that there are so many options to spend our Awardco points! I buy things from health items like protein shakes, and small hand weights. I get sheets and batteries and everything in between.

Cons: There are no negatives! When I need something, I come here to shop on Amazon. My items arrive relatively quickly and I'm always satisfied

Overall: This benefits really helps supplement my income to provide anything from getting basic necessities to entertainment items! Thank You!

Pros: I think it’s very thoughtful and considerate of the company to just add another incentive. We already have great benefits and they are always trying to do something else just to help out in any way possible it just goes to show me just how much they appreciate us. They never stop showing us.

Cons: I don’t have any complaints I just appreciate all the things that gorilla glue does to show their employees how much they care about us and how much they appreciate us. I think it’s a wonderful program and it’s very helpful to all the employees and always and and I look forward to using this every chance I get thank you

Overall: Wonderful The program is just another added benefit as a direct result of working for the gorilla glue company gorilla glue is always doing things for their employees and every little bit helps and I’m just one employee that appreciates everything because a lot of companies don’t do anything for their employees except provide them with a paycheck

Pros: It's a very easy page to navigate, its pretty fast to pull things up and view others and friendly page.

Cons: I like everything about it i don't think theres something i don't.

Overall: I like it very much very good to awards others without expecting it and being surprised at any moment.

Pros: Love it s easy to use and has tons of options and easy to navigate around the app and the virtual gift cards are almost instant when you select one.

Cons: I really don’t have anything thing to say negative about it.

Overall: Like I stated above app easy to use any you have so many options to chose from and easy o navigate around the app.

Pros: I spoke to a few different people at Awardco, and every person I spoke to was beyond helpful and very nice after a couple of months because of Awardco I was able to pick my gifts, i was so excited browsing through everything I could get. I will never forget how helpful the employees at Awardco were to me, thank you.

Cons: I was satisfied with everything I can't think of anything negative.

Overall: My overall experience was a positive one if it wasn't for Awardco I would have been stressing but they turned those feelings into positive and satisfaction.

Pros: Awardco is a great platform for us, as employees, to boost each other up, raise morale and give incentive.

Cons: Nothing to note that I can think of. We are just now able to award each other with monetary awards. It is a great new incentive.

Overall: It has been a great experience. I am very pleased with this platform of awards. Would recommend this to others for a great way to boost morale.

Pros: Awardco adds extra excitement to "thank you" with the possibility of accumulating points for prizes. I love to be able to give Awardco points as a thank you and I really appreciate receiving them as well. I saved my points to get Airpods and LOVE them. I feel like they are a token of appreciation from my company and colleagues - I love that. I really love that our company has implemented a meaningful way for colleagues to show appreciation.

Cons: Some people don't love the public nature of it or think that points shouldn't be used as motivation.

Overall: I really appreciate being able to award my colleagues with something more than just a "thank you!" When someone goes above and beyond or jumps in to troubleshoot an issue, it's nice to be able to reward them. Since we all have a limited number of Awardco points to distribute each quarter, giving (or receiving) one holds extra meaning!

Pros: I love its ease of use and the value that it brings to a culture of an organization. It is great for our culture and gives everyone an opportunity to be celebrated and recognized.

Cons: There isn't anything that I don't like about this solution.

Overall: I love that you get the opportunity to publicly or privately celebrate our colleagues for any size of contribution to other colleagues, departments, or the company as a whole. Anyone can recognize anyone (our CEO recently recognized an individual contributor), and because we have it integrated into a Slack channel, everyone can see what we are celebrating. As a tech company where revenue tends to be highlighted most, it gives all roles and contributions an opportunity to be recognized and celebrated.

Pros: It is motivating to receive Awardco points and it is a morale booster. Awardco is like a little account that is there for small things.

Cons: I don't think there are any cons (in my opinion).

Overall: Awardco is a very nice way to show appreciation and again it is a great morale booster to drive business.

Pros: I like how easy it is to follow on the app and how easy it is to get points and love the products.if any problems they are very helpful.

Cons: Not really have a dislike. if anything at all sometime in the beginning I wasn't sure how I got points but now it's better.

Overall: I love this app love Awardco. Love the products and rewards it's a great app.easy to navigate and easy to redeem points.

Pros: The stuff you get from Awardco is really cool and stuff I could not afford on my own so it helps a lot.

Cons: How long it takes to get you stuff you purchase stuff.

Overall: Great I like it a lot I hope we keep using it because it is very easy to use please keep using it it’s great.

Pros: The fact that it motivates me to do more tasks and allows me to help out my coworkers with any jobs they might have.

Cons: That you can only send a limited amount and you can only use it once a day per person

Overall: 10/10 I always try and recommend my coworkers to use. I always think of Awardco as a reward base system.

Pros: I loved the ability to feel truly appreciated by my employer by allowing the autonomy to choose what I wanted from Awardco's excellent selection

Overall: My employer allowed me to choose what I wanted and I feel really appreciated. We got an awesome cedar mop which we love to clean the house weekly.

Pros: Using the Awardco product offers crew members a reward based incentive to report both areas of improvement but also areas/ items where things are being done correctly & to the high company standards.
The Awardco product offers easy cash out options to virtual gift cards, Amazon gift cards or restaurant gift cards.

Cons: So far I haven’t experienced any cons with the Awardco product.

Overall: Overall the Awardco product is stable & easy to navigate. It helps companies reward safety & reinforcement of company values

Pros: I like that I as an employee gets personally recognized, both from a Corp and manger level. I do believe that recognizing someone makes a better overall outcome for both employee and employer. I have been a manager in a small business up to a corp level, and at the moment i am an employee working for State Farm. I like that as an employee, I am recognized for the hard work, dedication and better yet just being a good employee makes me feel like I matter, my opinions, values, ideas, and work does get noticed, and makes a difference. I have to say it does matter what the employee thinks of the position and company they are in and the company can overall gain (better production, customer service, support, management, outcome.)

Cons: The selections could be more. Maybe some of the pricing a little bit better.

Overall: Overall, it was easy to use, decent selection and it was fun to complete even if it's just a $10 gift card to pick at a gift, it was all fun easy and exciting to complete, and I feel better as an employee knowing I am valued and I matter.

Pros: Easy and great makes you fee appreciated and gives praise and recognition to reps who work hard and earn it.

Cons: There’s not to many ways to make extra points. Love it so far.

Overall: Amazing app and its easy to use but we do need more options to help us make more points that would be awesome.
