    "Clunky and Unintuitive "

    Pros: For a SaaS, it's fast. That's about it. I have no other pros.

    Cons: Navigating this software is challenging. It is not intuitive, it's clunky and it seems you have to create work-arounds for what should be pretty normal situations (like crediting a patron without a refund). Screens are overcrowded with options, and finding what you're looking for quickly is not a common scenario. Also, there is a terrible error loop that customers experience when booking from the calendar of events on a mobile device. I regularly get box office calls with people who are stuck in that loop. I went on myself and was able to confirm, there is a major issue with mobile booking.

    Overall: You get what you pay for. Cheap fees for a less than mediocre service and customer experience. If you're shopping around, keep going.
