Pros: I'm finding it very useful for storing all my asset inventory and associating the corresponding JIRA tickets. I had to send a query to support for some questions and the response was quick and adequate to my needs.

Cons: it will be better if we can automatically import assets rather than preparing a CSV file to import.

Overall: Still discovering some functions but for now it has been a great success. Very nice and easy to use, self-explanatory. Highly recommended!
