    Pros: - Appian provides an application development platform that enables you to take your business digital, no matter what the idiosyncrasies of your process are.
    - Great customer support.

    Cons: - The user interface needs to mature significantly, especially there needs to be more customization options.

    Overall: In the era where every business needs to go digital in some form or another, Appian is providing very useful frameworks to do the same. Do give it a shot.
