Dialogflow from Google Cloud is a natural language understanding platform that makes it easy to design and integrate a conversational user interface into your mobile app, web application, device, bot, interactive voice response system, and so on. Using Dialogflow, you can provide new and engaging ways for users to interact with your product. Dialogflow can analyze multiple types of input from your customers, including text or audio inputs (like from a phone or voice recording). It can also respond to your customers in a couple of ways, either through text or with synthetic speech. Dialogflow CX and ES provide virtual agent services for chatbots and contact centers. If you have a contact center that employs human agents, you can use Agent Assist to help your human agents. Agent Assist provides real-time suggestions for human agents while they are in conversations with end-user customers.

Inkling
Inkling is an open-weights multimodal AI model from Thinking Machines designed as a customizable foundation model for developers, researchers, and enterprises. The model is a Mixture-of-Experts transformer with 975 billion total parameters, 41 billion active parameters, and support for context windows up to 1 million tokens. Inkling was trained from scratch on text, images, audio, and video, giving it native capabilities across reasoning, coding, agentic tool use, vision, audio, factuality, and instruction following. It is built with controllable thinking effort so users can balance performance, latency, and token efficiency for different workloads. The model is available for fine-tuning on Tinker, with playground access, API availability through ecosystem partners, and full weights published on Hugging Face. Built for customization, Inkling gives teams an open-weights base model for building domain-specific AI systems, multimodal agents, coding workflows, research tools, and more.

OpenUI
OpenUI is an open-source (MIT) generative UI framework for AI agents. Instead of plain text, your agent writes OpenUI Lang, a compact, streaming-first language, and OpenUI renders it progressively as real UI: charts, tables, forms, cards and layouts. Rendering is safe by default: the model can only use components you register and no generated code is executed, so your design system stays in control. A framework-agnostic core powers first-party runtimes for React, Vue, Svelte and Angular, with ready-made chat interfaces and integrations for LangChain/LangGraph, the Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, Google ADK, assistant-ui, CopilotKit, AG-UI and A2UI. In its published benchmark, OpenUI Lang uses about half the tokens of equivalent JSON UI formats, so interfaces stream faster and cost less.
