Cons: 1. The Amazon pay balance is not transferrable to bank accounts or cannot be converted to UPI balance.
2. There are frequent transaction delays.

Overall: Overall, Amazon Pay is a payment method that has a wallet as well as it supports adding bank accounts through UPI.

Pros: 1. Amazon Pay is a unified payment wallet for paying bills, sending money, shopping and many more.
2. The interface is simple and easy to operate for people even with no technical knowledge.
3. There are multiple rewards, cash backs and, coupons with every successful payment.
4. Amazon Pay can be used as a seamless payment wallet on Amazon and various other shopping websites.
5. There is no convenience fee or service charged on payments, unlike other payment platforms.

Cons: 1. There are occasional delays in the settlements of the payments.
2. Once money added in the wallet cannot be transferred back into the bank account or be used to buy Amazon gifts cards.

2. There is no way to transfer the cashback into the bank account.

Pros: Fast and reliable payment service is provided by Amazon. It provide us a wallet as well as UPI service which is very common in India. Once KYC is done we can have up to 1 Lakh as Wallet money. It has helped us a lot in the pandemic period as most of the payments gone online and we were totally dependent on online payment methods such as UPI.

Cons: As I have been using Amazon pay for years now. Seeing offers and cashback, I receive using it; I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Amazon Pay. I will always trust and keep using Amazon Pay as one of the regular users.

Overall: I would suggest everyone to use Amazon Pay, as it has so many features and offers. you get cashback too.The only thing I benefited from Amazon Pay is the cashback I earned in the past few years. I seriously like Amazon Pay than any other online payment application. The offers and rewards are extremely useful.

Pros: I am an Amazon power-user and use it to buy pretty much everything from groceries to electronics to furniture.

Cons: Nothing much to say here. The app sometimes fails to credit amounts on time but usually turns around in a day or two.

Overall: A great captive rewards program that can be used to quickly checkout and keep your account loaded with enough balance. The auto-load option is a lifesaver as I do not get bogged down by OTPs and sluggish banking websites.

Pros: If you have an Amazon account, there is nothing additional to do. Whatever your saved payment options are in Amazon show up as payment options integrated into checkout sections of other websites that use Amazon pay.

Cons: Can't seem to find a way to pay using Amazon credit.

Overall: Basic digital wallet with little setup required for those that have an Amazon account. No further features like PayPal has.

Overall: Overall, Amazon Pay is quick and easy payment option especially for shopping on Amazon, using Amazon Pay as a payment option has also additional perks like rewards on every successful transaction.

Cons: 1. There is no dedicated application for Amazon pay.
2. The user interface feels cluttered to use.

Overall: Overall, Amazon Pay is a great payment method to shop from Amazon as it provides instant refunds on cancellations, moreover, there are other lots of benefits like rewards and payment flexibility.

Pros: -Amazon Pay is one of the most simple and fast payment options available out there.
-You get integration with the Amazon app so you can use your pay balance to do shopping from Amazon.
-The best part about using amazon pay is that you get coupons and rewards with every payment you make.

Cons: -Not every shopping platform accepts amazon pay as a payment method, so you get restricted to use your balance on amazon.
-You cannot send your amazon pay balance back to your bank account.

Overall: Overall, Amazon Pay is an excellent payment method for amazon shopping or some other sites, but you are limited with the shopping platforms that accept Amazon Pay.

Pros: Amazon Pay is an evolving payment option in the world and has potential to replace many old conventional payment options with features of extra security and smart payments.

Cons: Not available as payment option for mostly major retailers in the world.

Overall: Overall Amazon pay as a payment service is good and secure option but lacks the availability worldwide and is integrated for payment options with very limited retailers.

Pros: Amazon pay is a new payment method started by amazon. It is fast and reliable and gives you cashbacks and offers on payments. You can pay your bills do recharges and many more. It is accepted in some of the other side too. So it's growing.

Cons: The only con is that you cannot transfer your amazon pay balance to your bank account you have to use it in amazon or sites accepting amazon pay only.

Overall: Overall a great product with capabilities to be successful in the market. With clean Ui and fast speed it is just awesome.

Pros: Amazon Pay provides a lot of payment option such as recharges, bill payments etc. The best thing about it is, it is integrated with the amazon app where we can buy stuff from amazon pay balance.

Cons: The worst thing about amazon pay is, not a lot of website accepts amazon pay as a payment method and we cannot transfer amazon pay balance to any other wallet or account. Hence, it limits where we can spend the amazon pay balance.

Overall: Altogether, if you have Amazon Pay balance and you want to use it for payments within the app, it is amazing for that. Moreover, it give cashback nearly on every transaction made. But you need to pay outside the amazon app it's going to be a bit hectic.

Pros: Good application you can use Amazon Pay to pay money in any online transaction. It is very convenient.
Its UI is also good.

Cons: I think they have to release a mobile application also for that.

Overall: Overall a good payment application. Amazon Pay money can be used anywhere
