    "I am struggling to find a positive with Alto"

    Pros: Unfortunately, there is not much I like about Alto. Their branding is good, their sales team always had a smile but quite simply, they were awful from start to finish.

    Cons: I didn't like the continuous lies, I didn't like being mis sold, I didn't like the long support times, I didn't like the months to try to resolve a complaint, I didn't like the false promises.

    Overall: Frustratingly, our experience was awful and costly. Choosing to migrate to Alto was the worst business decision we have ever made. Lee Hinds mis sold the product, forgetting to show us countless elements of the software which slows agents down. His big sale was that it would streamline our business and that the migration from Reapit to Alto was one of their most straight forward migrations. Both promises massively broken. The software is clunky, the support is awful, there are a great number of bugs, and except from offering countless teams meetings, they couldn't offer any solutions. Any important issue takes weeks if not months to fix, it has been an extremely costly mistake.
