Airmob is the Waze of air pollution. It shows the air quality condition at street level in real time. This allows you and your family to breathe the best available air. The “waze” of Pollution. Smog is one of the most serious problems that affect cities, yet citizens turn a blind eye to its health effects. This indifference is due to a lack of information from inadequate measurement. For example, there are ten (10) government-run pollution monitoring stations in Santiago, Chile; 28 stations in Mexico City; and 22 in Paris. All stations have low information accuracy because values are based on a 24 hour average, and are meant to be valid for an entire day and for the entire city. However, smog is dynamic–it constantly changes and moves around the city. The Airmob app is the Waze of air pollution: hundreds of Citysense sensors are strategically placed around your city, monitoring the particulate material of smog (PM 2.5 and PM 10) in real time and on each street.
