Aimsio is a software used by companies who dispatch resources (either crew or equipment) to job sites, and who need to easily record time and material usage while on those job sites. In other words, Aimsio is a Field Management Software.

If your company uses paper, spreadsheets, or a software that isn’t solving your needs to do any of the following things, Aimsio could work for you:

- Fill out timesheets
- Fill out field tickets
- Create and track LEMs
- Report on any of the above

To use Aimsio, all you need is at least one person in the field with an iOS or Android device and at least one person in the office with a computer and access to the internet. The person in the field does not need to be connected to internet; Aimsio is meant for teams working on job sites where wifi or service is unavailable. The Aimsio app will run offline so that data can still be captured.

    "Exceptional Customer Service - Constantly Improving Product"

    Pros: We recently transitioned from a paper-based system to almost entirely paperless, thanks to Aimsio. After evaluating many web-based and software solutions, we chose Aimsio for its clean interface and integrations. The customer service has been exceptional, both during the onboarding process and in the six months since we’ve been live. Our staff and customer base quickly adapted to the program. The support team continues to assist us as we grow into the system and optimize our workflow. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

    Cons: The system's limitations are similar to those of other web-based solutions. At times, we have made customization requests that require platform-wide updates or changes. As a result, we have had to modify some of our own processes to work within the system's limitations.

    Overall: Our overall experience with Aimsio has been outstanding. Transitioning from a paper-based system to a digital platform was seamless, thanks to Aimsio’s user-friendly interface and features. The mobile app, reporting capabilities, and scheduling tools have improved our efficiency and communication. The support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring we maximize the platform's potential.
