    "Agora for a bar"

    Posted 2022-03-04

Pros: Price was ok. The hardware is very solid and good although this review is probably on the software not the hardware. Adding images of products is good but I'm struggling to find positive things to say.

Cons: Poor functionality for my business Very expensive mobile app for remote reports, €180 a year.Cannot easily add smart phones to systems for waiters to take orders, it can be done but nearly €500 per device. Little help from distributor but this is not the softwares fault.
Almost impossible for a non computer expert to program it using the online manual available
In the end I removed the system from bar to work on it at home which took me 3 days through trial and error to get it working but still not as I wanted it.
To many sequences to do a simple operation.

Overall: Overall we have had a poor experience with the system. I wish I had spent more time reviewing other systems. We do have it working and we will get used to it.
It has been very frustrating. The reason I bought the system was so I could remotely get into the software when I am not working myself. I find I can only get very simple reports and if I want more remote information it will cost me €180 a year.I have had very little support from the distributor.
