Oh, and it’s all Open Source. For about a year, a small dedicated team has been building the Guardian’s new image management service. As the wider Editorial Tools teams worked on building a modern suite of editorial products, from content authoring and workflow management to editing of front and section pages, the need for a rich source of media became increasingly pressing.
