Pros: Love the interface and ease of use. We had an old system made specifically for our industry but was old and hadn't been updated. Really like the online booking feature. It's saved us from chasing leads to book appts.
Cons: Some of the marketing features aren't ready for prime time yet. May want an alternative for that. We can't make a newsletter so we're using another program. We've had issues with support but my rep Ashley Davidson has been really helpful.
Overall: For what we need, it fits much better than the program we have. It's nice to look at and I'm enjoying it.
