Pros: Very simple issuing of new contracts via workflows - saves me time everything I have something to sign. The library view & filtering of document types makes it easy to summarise current contracts. Documents are easily searchable and it's great to see the ISO 27001 certification. Zapier integration is what we previously requested and it's now there.
Cons: It would be great if Aerofiler had custom theming options.
Overall: Aerofiler is a big time saver for me and my team. Really simplifies the contracting experience. It's a great product that I'm happy to recommend.

Pros: Best in class repository, with versatile workflow functionality. Lets me perform contract admin tasks super quickly and get back to the rest of my day. Really like the ability to search text across multiple documents and quickly review all search results.
Cons: Autosuggest functionality in the search bar would improve things.
Overall: Cost effective solution for managing contracts. Huge productivity enhancer. One of the best designed UIs on the market (not in terms of eye candy, but in terms of how things are organized and presented for efficiency).

Pros: It's great having a cloud-based system to ensure that we generate up to date contracts. This is very easy to do with just a few mouse clicks.
Cons: Previously, the product was missing some features that we wanted but these have since been implemented.
Overall: Easy, no-code contract generation! This has saved our business significant overhead and time with our contract generation. Our team now have more time to provide to our clients.

Pros: Aerofiler delivers on both functionality and value. We love working with a company that puts a lot of effort into both customer service and product. The search functionality is the best that I’ve ever used, and Aerofiler grows with us as our requirements evolve. It's great working with a company that continually invests in its products.
Cons: The ability to extract more terms using AI would be great but I understand this is scheduled as part of an upcoming release.
Overall: Overall we have been extremely happy with the product. It has made the process of managing our contracts easy.
