Pros: None. I was told there were dozens of companies in my industry, only 3. Read the reviews in detail.

Cons: There is no substance to this platform in my industry, it is a waste of my time and my money.

Overall: I have received numerous emails from Chris Beaver about companies that reached out to me. However, when I go to the dashboard, they are not there. I have left Chris 3 emails over the past month for clarification and no response. I feel scammed.

Pros: Only had the onboarding so far but I am very excited to work on the platform after the enthusiastic lesson from Jade Naranjo. She made it seem easy and was patient as I learned to navigate the various options on the site.

Cons: None so far. The platform looks like it operates as sold.

Overall: Very good start to using the platform. Onboarding with Jade was easy, professional and great use of time. Now ready to dig in to see what I can do. She emphasized that AC is there to help and not to hesitate to reach out for assistance, which I will.

Pros: User friendly, great concept, value for money, significant opportunities to capitalize on each other’s expertise, increase your visibility and potential to become Board Member.

Cons: Limited to advisory board roles. It would be helpful to expand to general Board opportunities.

Overall: Very positive onboarding experience. Impressed with the support from the onboarding specialist Rhose, she did a fantastic job! I look forward to maximize my potential and capitalize on this opportunity.

Pros: Nothing. They have great advertising but that is about all they have to offer because they got a professional like me to bite on this scam.

Cons: Giving it one star because there isn't an option for zero stars. I received nothing they promised. No emails, no invites, no assistance at all with what they promise. They charged my CC ahead of the cancel date for something that I obviously didn't use. They insisted on not giving me a refund but instead offer me the service for 50% off the monthly fee and 60 days of free advisory coaching which I repeatedly said I wanted no part of. Why don't they offer that price anyway instead of just when someone cancels? I wouldn't pay them $1 a month for this kind of customer service. Based on all the reviews I'm ready, I'm not sure why they aren't being investigated by a cybercrime division. Just frustrated with myself for not researching them better first.

Just double checked my account and even after all this - they have re-activated my account and will not let me remove my cc info from the profile.

Overall: Horrible and not over yet. Please see the above and help to protect other professionals to not get caught in their scam.

Pros: It has been extremely helpful to have a board of advisors at my fingertips to provide quick guidance on many headwinds and challenges I was facing with my startup company.

Cons: I wish I could communicate with the boards more often but that really depends on the availability of the advisors and not so much AdvisoryCloud per se. Having said that, now that I can leave messages to individual advisors, that has helped.

Overall: Building a new business, you come across so many unforeseen hurdles that advisors with experience can help you proactively look out for them or solve them when they inevitably come your way.

Pros: No pros. This is a setup designed to bilk people for thousands of dollars by preying on inexperienced people that have the vain hope they may one day serve on a legitimate board. It doesn't work this way. No credible company with a real board recruits its members this way.

Cons: It's a money sink. They'll charge high fees, into the thousands, with the supposed promise of board seats that typically PAY YOU to serve, not the other way around. They prey on people with little to no board experience that have no personal network to get them onto boards. Board seats never materialize, BTW, because no legitimate board uses them to recruit its members.

Overall: Terrible. Cost me thousands, took forever to get off their platform. The entire company, such as it is, is merely designed to syphon thousands out of your pocket. Buyer beware. This is a complete scam.

Pros: I have nothing positive to say about this criminal enterprise. How they sleep at night is truly beyond me.

Cons: Wanted to try their "Free Trial " as I was curious about their service. Decided I was not interested and forgot about them. Literally, the very second my 30 day "free trial" ended, they immediately charged my credit card $950 (!)- something not made clear to me AT ALL. I called the minute the charge hit my credit card, desperate to advise them of the error only to be told "sorry we sent you an e-mail a few days ago (that conveniently went to my SPAM box) telling you your trial period was coming to an end- there's NOTHING we can do." What kind of company blatantly steals money like this from people who clearly do not want their product? This is so shady, I can't even. Stay as FAR away from this shady company as possible.

Overall: Have never felt so taken advantage of in my entire life. I hope the people that run this company burn for eternity.
