Pros: Easy to use, customize reporting for the organization and having options is using other features like AI to meet the our organization needs.
Cons: Unable to delete courses without deleting user transcript history.
Overall: An excellent LMS system for Learning and Developmental needs. Caters to our organization needs and having options when making the manager experience easier to understand.

Pros: Absorb LMS also provides detailed reporting on course progress and performance, making it easy to track compliance and identify areas that require more attention. Cons: One of the limitations I would like to address is the user interface, which at times can be a bit overwhelming and not as intuitive for some users.

Pros: Creating ad-hoc reports is very easy.
Setting up enrollment rules is very easy.
My Client Success Manager is extremely knowledgeable and a tremendous resource.Cons: Cost for maintaining inactive users.
Limited number of courses/curriculum to be selected in Activity Reports.
Limited notifications for past due vs rehire instances.Overall: Working with Sherri has been a wonderful experience. She has been a great partner for our organization.

Pros: The ease of use. So, user friendly and the constant updates and improvements. Then the training sessions when the updates are wonderful. The Absorb academy is great as well.
Cons: Everything is an add on. Wish there were packages however the customer support to create our package has been excellent.
Overall: Amazing! I love the features and how it is a one stop shop for our users both internal and external.

Pros: I find the LMS to be user friendly for the System Admins, and our representative, Claire, is always available to answer questions.
Cons: I use the Absorb LMS all day, everyday! My only complaint is that I have to log in several times a day. As a System Admin, I would prefer that it keep me logged in, until I log out at the end of each day.
Overall: The Absorb LMS has been easy to implement and manage. Our users find this system to be user friendly, and we rarely run into issues that are not easily resolved.

Pros: There is so much creative space on this platform. My organization used it for the content creation of an entrepreneurship training and found the creative liberties to be very exciting. As a Program Coordinator on the project, it was very enjoyable to play with the functionalities.
Cons: Much of the LMS did not feel intuitive and some processes were multiple steps long when they felt like they should have been shrunk down.
Overall: Wonderful experience and the support teams were always helpful when we found ourselves caught in a bind or lacking insights.

Pros: 1. Commitment to our success by our Client Success Manager, Melissa Wu.
2. Breadth & Depth of knowledge of Melissa.
3. Fast and thorough responses and communications.
4. Absorb already has an impressive offering of Learning features & capabilities, and a roadmap with more to follow.
5. Excellent response, knowledge & support from the legacy upload analyst, Yashwa Pala.
6. 2 instances of the LMS are at Whelen Engineering and both are 100% available 24/7.
7. Intuitive user interface for Admins, and in-depth Admin training online available.
8. Sales is not pushy. They wait until we are at a point where we need additional features/capabilities.Cons: 1. Auto Notifications/email templates are set and administered at the system level, rather than division/department level.
Overall: As the governance manager of several SaaS platforms at Whelen, I would say that our relationship with the professionals at Absorb set the high bar of service and expectations.

Pros: *I believe that this product will be very user friendly for those employees who are not computer literate. That helps a lot.
*The prompt attention we receive when we have an issue or a question.
*The bi-weekly meetings with our Client Success Manager, Melissa Wu!
* The many different avenues we can take going forward with this product. The ability to do more than just ILC with our employees in the future.Cons: I wish that you had in-person trainings. I am a hands-on learner and sometimes feel lost or don't feel that my understanding of the material is correct. I would love to be able to immerse myself in the product without the worry that I will screw up ours. We do have a sandbox version, but it is still not enough. I need someone to show me step by step how to use it . This is very important to me since I will be the admin.
I wish the uploading of employee attachments was present (past certs, quizzes prior to using this program). These items are important to the educational history of the employee and need to be included. I am presently not sure if this is possible and hoping that I am wrong.Overall: Overall, I am excited to be getting close to fully using this product. It will help us greatly.

I also would like to comment about our CSM-Melissa Wu-She is very knowledgeable and is able to provide answers almost immediately. When she can't she dives in and gets the answers usually in the same day. She doesn't make me feel stupid about the questions I have, even if they are simple one. She is a great asset to your company!!
* I love the product itself and the way that it is set up. Once we have finished all the final touches and start to use it full time, it will free up so much of my day (no more manual tracking!)! -

Pros: I love the support from my Client Success Manager, Claire (and my previous CSM, Zoe). They are quick to respond and always available to help, which has been invaluable as someone new to the administrator side of an LMS.
Cons: There are some minor things that I would love to see changed, such as:
The ability to click enter, rather than having to click on Filter
The ability to have the same drop-down list of items that can be added to a report.
Easier survey options built into the system.Overall: Overall, onboarding Absorb LMS has been great! I would strongly recommend this LMS system to others!

Pros: The level of support whenever we need assistance is exceptional! The product accommodates our needs for the most part, and if we ever have questions, there is usually a solution or work around.
Cons: Not too many complaints that I can think of. Our specific situation sometimes requires creative solutions.
Overall: Overall, we are very happy with Absorb LMS. The support that we receive regularly is incredible (Especially with Melissa Wu!)

Pros: The LMS is a very easy to use, and it’s has a ton of features that genuinely make our work more efficient and our lives easier. I’m so impressed with how seamlessly it syncs users from other systems—this automation has been a huge win for us. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful, making our experience smooth and stress-free.
Cons: The visual design. While the platform is highly functional, its overall look and feel could benefit from a more modern, updated aesthetic.
Overall: Absorb LMS has made a huge difference by automatically adding new users to the system and enrolling them in all the required compliance and training courses. This means no one slips through the cracks, and everyone knows exactly what they need to do. It's been a massive time-saver for us. The reporting tools are also super helpful, making it easy to see who’s completed what.

Pros: - Easy to upload coursework
- Ability to have many different departments/users
- Fast and efficient supportCons: - I don't feel the Support Academy is the best when it comes to helping troubleshoot specific problems. The answers seems broad and non-specific and I find myself reaching out to our client success manager, but it could be user-error!
- Would like a better pathway for learners ex. a flow that guided the learner vs the learner having to know where to look or search for courses
- More reporting available without having to get Analyze, although I'm sure that's by design.Overall: Honestly I think my organization can do a better job of leveraging more of the Absorb capabilities. It's something we're looking into and I'm excited about how we can leverage absorb to make our Academy more exciting. The support from Melissa has been wonderful and she's such a joy to work with! I also can't really speak to the pricing because I'm not privy to that information.

Pros: There are many pros to using Absorb such as the consistent and reliable customer support, ease of use in the platform, depth of features, and the ability to customize the platform.
Cons: We are a global franchise system, so some features are not available or cannot be taken advantage of because of how we structured the backend. For instance, our franchise owners cannot enroll their staff in courses without allowing them to bypass other permissions we have set up. We are partnering with our customer support rep to find a solution, but it is a pain point right now.
Overall: Overall, we enjoy using Absorb and find the customer support to be unparalleled to other platforms. We appreciate the attention to the new features being rolled out and are looking forward to implementing them into our company.

Pros: Its a very easy product to intergrade for your company's needs. They have a great FAQ/Help section on their website that will answer most of your questions. If you can't find the answer there, then they have a fantastic Client Success Manager.

Pros: Customer support has been amazing. Very informative and helpful.
Additionally, being able to use some of the create template for the courses also help!Cons: The rules for the setting was little tricky to set up. However, once we got the knowledge it has become much easier!
Overall: This has been great experience to be using Absorb. The support has been very helpful especially when we were setting up for new enrolments and courses. They have made sure to follow up and helped us when needed.

- Built-in assessment builder is a tad under-developedOverall: The Absorb LMS has saved our hospital hours and hours of work that we used to spend assigning, tracking, and reporting on annual compliance requirements, which is the primary use of our LMS. But it also allows departmental admins to manage their staff and courses and provide professional growth opportunities. Reporting options are deep, and can be customized by the user. Works great with SCORM, AICC, Tin Can, or other delivery options like video, PDFs, etc. Also provides task tracking, observation checklists, uploads, an external learning entry. Absorb continually rolls out great new features, has an excellent customer service team, and improves every year.

Pros: The ease of use for both administrators and end-users is the biggest benefit of the Absorb LMS. The service provided by Absorb is unparalleled. The speed in which Absorb responds to incidents and their follow-up is stellar. Our partnership with our client success manager helps to keep us up-to-date with updates/changes/maintenance. Finally, the platform is reliable and allows us to deliver content across various geographic locations in a hospital environment that operates 24/7.
Cons: To be honest, I am hard pressed to find any aspect of Absorb (the product or service) that I dislike. The only possible thing I could come up with is perhaps some of the generic updates that come out from the company that don't apply to the services/features we have, but honestly, it is nice to see what Absorb is working on, should we ever have a future need to add those features onto our existing contract.
Overall: Absorb is a user-friendly, robust learning management system that allows our organization to provide in-depth learning opportunities to users across multiple site locations.

Cons: While Absorb LMS is generally great, the customization options for branding and the user interface could be more flexible. Additionally, the out of the box reporting leaves something to be desired. These minor issues, however, do not significantly detract from the overall functionality and performance of the platform.

Pros: Melissa has been invaluable in helping me set up and manage the tasks that we need on the Absorb platform. Her support really turned around any frustrations that I had with the platform prior to working with her.
Cons: One thing I wish was different was that you can set the idle time per course, and not have it be one idle time (lock out) setting that covers all courses. I wish there was a little more formatting that could be on on the user side when complete a quiz. We weren't able to format one of of course in the way we wanted and originally thought was available, however, we found another way to still accomplish what we needed
Overall: For the most part it has been a good experience. Like using all new platforms, time spent getting to know it and use it helps a lot. Melissa has been wonderful in helping me through any challenges that I have had.
