The first time you run Podium, the selector will default to Build and load plugin database. When you create the project, Podium will build a database of all the plugins it finds. In the following projects you create, the selector will default to Load plugin database, to avoid repeating the time consuming plugin scanning. If you have installed new plugins since you last built the database, you can select to rebuild or update the database.
