1pm replaces the printed run of show / aka run sheet with a single live ROS and BEO that everyone working an event can see in real time. Most event tools focus on marketing & selling tickets; 1pm is built for the day itself, when the schedule's moving and a dozen people need to know what changed without picking up a phone.
The core is a collaborative timeline. Build the ROS, edit inline, drag to reorder, and the time math handles itself, so a ten-minute slip at 6pm cascades correctly through the night. Every change broadcasts live, so kitchen, AV and the duty manager all see it.
Crew get a filtered, mobile-first view of just their own items via a shareable link, no login. The lighting tech sees lighting cues. The caterer sees service.
Compliance requests can be setup for crew and suppliers, including credential expiry tracking. It supports crew check-in/check-out, RSVP & dietaries.
