Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We received very personalized attention and our meeting planner Nichole was flexible to our needs. Nichole worked closely with us to tailor the software platform to do what we needed. She also assisted onsite during the meeting. We have been using YesEvents for both in-person and online conference for at least 6 years. We keep coming back to them because they are so easy to work with, so accommodating to the needs of our conferences, and are reasonably priced. They are always updating and improving their technology and services. We couldn't ask for a better event manager. We're staying with them! YesEvents is dedicated to their customers. They work tirelessly to make sure registration has no stone unturned, and that registration is ready to go on event day. They catch duplicates, misspellings, odd requests, etc. A big bonus is that they are able to respond to customers' questions via email or dedicated phone line. This is something that saves our small office so much time. I don't know of another service that can handle this level of customer service! Could not work with a better company. They were professional, on time and made the event go as smooth as possible. Once the program is customized it seems to work pretty well. There is a bit of a learning curve though. Cons We had a bit of a learning curve with the software they used, but it did most of the things we needed. Creating a program book from the online platform was a bit of a hassle. Off the head, I honestly can't think of a con. When we discover a glitch, they immediately have a fix. What more could you ask? I really can't think of a con for YesEvents. They make my job so much easier! I have no cons, the team was excellent and could not have been any better to work with. Some of the steps seem to way to long to get to a final result.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The quality of deliverables without a single line of code is absolutely outstanding. I've used other platforms for hosting virtual events, but wasn't satisfied with their quality of event and CS. Good work team Zuddl! Quite good features to make a virtual event feel like an in-person one. Our team was fully satisfied by Zuddl's platform. Cons Nothing sort of cons for the product, just the transitions can be a bit more smooth. Nothing as such. A few small glitches occur but the CS team is very capable of getting those solved in minutes. So overall no issues.
