	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I’ve used StreamGo for a number of years now, and have always been impressed by what they offer. It is fully integrated into our business now and everyone asks to use StreamGo whenever we run a webinar. Set up, customisation, support and deployment is fantastic. Video search - we ran an event that had a live ten minute intro and then allowed attendees to chat live to presenters and experts while using the video search to identify relevant content to watch. We had 15 on-demand sessions. responsiveness dynamic environment great experience with pre recordings chat functionality for most of our experience it was a positive working relationship Scope of project and its features. Technical support was offered from the very beginning of the project and provided in the meantime. Quality of communication - any project queries were responded to promptly in the meantime. Quality of collaboration and final output. Cons Perhaps having multilingual speakers when required might help when doing foreign language presentations - even if it was an additional service that you pay for In hindsight, we should have allowed direct one to one chat between attendees but that was a decision we made pre event to only allow group chat. timeline planning and lack of clear communication our accreditation functionality working until the day of the event on edits to the environment None, other than having to wait for end users to confirm project specifics.
