I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied. Workable is a best hiring platform. Automated tools helps in hiring best candidate for our company. Streamline the process. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Zoho Recruit became our main system for hiring new candidates for our company, this platform has many functions to manage candidates, manage interviews for candidates, quality control of each candidate and much more. What I liked the most about this platform is that it has an interview planning system incorporated, in addition, I can do the interviews online within the platform, this is quite functional since before we had to plan physical interviews and the candidates had to wait many days, however, with this function we have been able to schedule online interviews without so much waiting time, each interview can be scheduled to run the next day, which is very positive. I also liked the ability of this platform to connect with different recruitment sites, this is very positive as the platform provides me with candidates from any page like Indeed or LinkedIn Job Search, which helps me get a wide variety of jobs. candidates with different skills and knowledge, to choose the most appropriate to the needs of the company. There are a lot of premade templates that you can start with for quick setup. You can easily keep track of and update candidates' information and resumes. Zoho recruit help us to hire the best candidate. Cloud based applicant tracking software. Plans better hiring strategies. Some of its main features are video interview, candidate sourcing, resume management, workflow management, easy integration and remote recruitment. Makes works faster and easier. Best user interface. AI powered tool easily organised workers. Automat scalable and repeatable processes. Cons The main problem I encountered when using Zoho Recruit is that the platform cannot be used if there is no internet connection, this is quite a negative as I would like to view applicant applications outside the office, also I would like to manage and schedule new ones. interviews without the need to have an internet connection, just by using my mobile phone. Currently Zoho Recruit can be used on mobile devices but it is not possible to access the administrative panel without an internet connection, which makes it difficult to manage candidates. Another of the problems that I encountered in Zoho Recruit is that the search for candidates is not carried out depending on the location of my company, this causes the platform to throw me many candidates who do have the knowledge to carry out work in my company but who are living in another state or out of the country, I think the platform should implement a candidate search that allows the precise location of this search to be modified. The only thing I don't like is the recurring payment to use this. If you are not in hiring season you are stuck paying for this. Best software. Easy to understand. Customer support are very supportive. No cons.
