Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Maybe the UI looks okay — it's clean and modern at first glance, and the dashboard seems user-friendly. But that’s about it. There’s nothing functional beyond the design. It gives a false impression of a working product. Absolutely terrible – constant crashes, zero support, and not a single benefit. Total waste of money! Simple API to integrate to SAAS products. It is the most flexible way to let the users of your app use a WhatsApp integration since it works similar to WhatsApp web. It offers most of the features I need. It used to be more stable in the beginning but it seems things are falling apart these days. Easy to use and cheap pricing. features include all we need and webhook integration works great for us. Cons No response after payment, support ignores emails, zero reliability. Avoid this platform at all costs! It’s extremely unstable and crashes frequently, making it nearly impossible to use reliably. On top of that, customer support is practically non-existent — you’re left completely on your own. Subscribing to this service was a big mistake, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I would like to have faster response from support. It usually takes 1 or 2 business days. - Not stable, instances go down from time to time - Technical support is awful, they take ages to respond (when they do!) - It lacks the newest features and it seems there's no effort to release any soon UI could be a little bit better and documentation, while covering everything, should get more details. I can also log in and operate it from my phone, which I didn't find in the previous one. Login directly using just a web browser, no need to install any application and give it unnecessary permissions. No charges for setup or integration- Good service and customer support. Exceptional features like you can use it on your mobile also just using your web browser. No application installation- No insecure application is needed to operate it. Exceptional pricing- One of the lowest-cost charging platforms as compared to high-end WhatsApp marketing platforms. Multiple login- Unlimited login is available to coordinate with your team members. Group extractor- You can extract contacts from different groups, this is also one of the unique features included in it. Get analysis and repost- Get the report of your campaign and messages. And all other features like import contact , CRM integration, multi-media attachment, schedule message, number filtering, etc. Cons No problem has been faced yet; they provide regular updates. Currently don't have a chatbot but they have promised they will include it in their coming update.
