Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing a scam everything about this app is stupid they will immediately block you and ruin your day NONE it's a terrible app filled with scammers, there is no human customer support, only a bot that keeps giving you the same answers. Find some good things on there at some good prices and some lovely people you buy from and sell to. Easy platform to use so long as everything works out as expected. If not, you'll not be helped...Not bad for buyers but don't use if you're a seller. Absolutely nothing. I mean, support will try to trick you into thinking they need your FULL card information in order to verify your phone number. Other than that nothing. Cons The whole team must be fired. So rude and stupid I can’t believe people like If you care about your money and peace of mind don't ever use this app. It's filled with scammers and no human customer support whatsoever. So when you get blatantly robbed, Vinted bot takes the scammers' side and you lose your money and health. Poor customer service they just ignore problems and respond with generic crap and never resolve them. They're not fair in terms of banning accounts I listed an item they didn't like and I had over 200 5* reviews and they've banned my account permanently not even a warning. No room for reviews on unbanning and not very friendly either. If you have a problem while using the site, don't expect them to want to help you. You can expect 0 personal help, and maybe the odd automatic email reply. They are the worst, ever! Their isn’t one good thing about this site. Their customer support are scammers, the site flags items as “stock” unless you throw them down on a disgusting bed with other items in the way, full card number needs to be shown if you want to change your phone number, if you ship anything that breaks they immediately cancel the transaction and refund the buyer (I was the buyer, they offered my seller NO protection what so ever) they have bots or underpaid staff to “flag” people items that they have in their closet.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I’ve been buying and selling sneakers on eBay for 3 years. I love that they now offer a sneaker authentication service, as well as acting as a middle person to protect both the buyer and seller. I have sold quite a few things from here. But also like to find random cool things to buy from here as well. I have found so many old games and shoes in good condition! Love seeing what other people try to get rid of. Basically a large, sanctioned flea market, allowing for all sorts of odds and ends to be sourced, whether they be out of print, large lots, or niche products. You can sell just about anything on ebay. The mobile app complements the website well. Very comprehensive seller tools. There are lots of unique items for sale on eBay. eBay also doesn't take as much of the seller's profit as another place, such as Amazon. Cons Compared to selling on other sneaker reselling apps, it can take longer to longer to list your items, since you need to upload photos and fill out descriptions. Also calculating your payouts can also be a little confusing based on the way the fees are charged. Usually the reviews of a store are correct. But there are ways to pay and get good reviews so people will trust you and you can scam them. If you end up getting something wrong, it can lead to a lot of hoop jumping to fix. Sellers can also cancel late into or after sales. Customer support is hit or miss. Lots of push notifications. Option to be payed into paypal was taken away. There are so many fake buyers who win auctions, make up complaints, then try to get the seller kicked off of eBay. I had this happen twice myself.
