I found it extremely easy to use and was able to start automating workflows quickly. UiPath's robust orchestrator is another key feature that sets it apart from other workflow automation platforms. It can manage and monitor multiple robots in different environments, allowing users to schedule, activate, assign, and track automation jobs from a centralized dashboard. The orchestrator's analytics and reporting capabilities provide insights into the performance of the automation jobs, helping users identify areas for improvement. UiPath's strong artificial intelligence and machine learning component enable robots to handle unstructured data, natural language processing, computer vision, and cognitive automation. This capability enhances the automation process by providing intelligent insights and making automation more efficient. The platform also offers free and open training courses through its academy, which helps users learn how to build bots from scratch, as well as advanced concepts. The training courses are easy to follow, and I found them to be incredibly useful in enhancing my skills and knowledge. UiPath has a strong uniqueness that makes automation platforms fall a bit below it and that is that not only can you connect to external platforms through its API, but you can also apply UI automations, being able to interact through code internal of the different connected applications and can also interact through graphical interfaces of the different platforms that UiPath has. The possibilities that this platform has are very endless when it comes to automation to improve better workflows without having to put a lot of effort into programming this RPA. They have integrated artificial intelligence capabilities that can allow automatic learning models, which makes robots made with this platform more intelligent with information processing and can also generate more efficient optimization that can achieve the objectives set. With this feature, artificial intelligences can be created to perform different tasks, since they can be trained and then implemented in the required automations and can also be monitored in real time in order to see the impact that an artificial intelligence is causing, measuring its performance. and if the automation is working or not as planned during its construction. UiPath RPA is the most comprehensive robotic automation tool as it let us to automate almost every type of data workflows due to it's combability with many daily use applications and files. Cons Compared to some of its competitors, UiPath can be expensive, especially for enterprise level licenses. Additionally, the pricing scheme can be confusing and subject to frequent changes, making it difficult for companies to plan and budget for the platform. UiPath's slowness annoys me a lot, especially when dealing with large or complex workflows. Some users reported experiencing compatibility or stability issues with some activities or integrations, which may affect the efficiency and reliability of the automation process. UiPath's documentation for some of its newer features may be insufficient or out of date, making it difficult for users to fully understand and use these features. The support team can also be slow or unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating for businesses that require immediate assistance with troubleshooting or technical issues. As a result, some users may find that they rely more on user forums or online resources for help, which can be time consuming and less reliable. While UiPath is a robust and versatile platform, there are some cons that users should keep in mind before investing in the platform. Here are some of the challenges that users may face while using UiPath. One of the primary concerns with UiPath is its cost. The platform can be expensive, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses that require multiple licenses or advanced features. Additionally, users may incur additional costs for cloud deployment, maintenance, and support. The pricing model of UiPath may not be suitable for organizations with a tight budget. Integration challenges can be another hurdle for users of UiPath. Users may face some integration challenges with complex IT infrastructures or legacy systems that may require custom scripting or configuration. This issue can result in additional time and effort required to integrate UiPath with existing systems. Another drawback of UiPath is that users may encounter some bugs or features that are unresponsive or unreliable. These bugs can hinder workflow automation and cause frustration for users. While UiPath has a large and active user community that provides support and guidance, it can still be challenging to resolve some of these issues. UiPath may also have some functionality and scalability limitations when dealing with large data volumes or image-based automation. Users may need some advanced knowledge or skills to handle some scenarios or use cases that are not covered by the pre-built activities or workflows. This issue can result in additional effort and time required to customize the platform to meet specific business needs. You have to be familiar with this type of RPA platform, even more so when you have to connect the APIs of different web services that require automation through code, so you also have to have advanced programming knowledge to apply these improvements or automations. Therefore, if you are a private person with no prior knowledge of what I have just mentioned, you will need to invest a large amount of time and effort to learn about this platform and be able to handle it correctly in an effective way in order to achieve efficiency within the automations. There are many advanced features within this platform that you will need to go through certain challenges in order to fully understand the functionality of each tool or feature that UiPath offers. Keep in mind that there is a great risk when handling certain confidential information with this platform since, as I have said, it can handle automations both at the API level and also at the interface level, so certain storage data can be very confidential and that these robots can gain access to them. So you have to know about how privacy is managed and that the safeguarding of confidential information is being complied with since everything is stored in the cloud. I recommend that when using this platform for the first time, all available security measures such as two-step authentication are implemented, and that all data is encrypted for greater security and important data is not leaked. Packages suddenly stop working and need to be downgraded to suit particular tasks. There are several errors which do not give proper information so troubleshooting is not easy at all. Design looks a little dated nowadays. UiPath RPA performs well for all type of automations and no cons found.		Pros from Real Users Pros End-to-end document management, from printing to archiving, with all steps in between. I am constantly amazed at the thought and depth that goes into this product suite. I love all the useful features embedded in this software. Using rule files I can create custom forms and read/write data directly from/to BBx files from BASIS International. I can add documents to the archive and create cross-referenced links to other documents. I can even use the internal object-oriented programming to do more operations. Everything is spelled out nicely in the documentation and when I need help beyond that, I get timely answers through their support ticket system. I haven't had a chance to use the DocFlow document routing system yet, but look forward to it. Easy to use. Create the forms in MS Word and save as a PDF or PCL in minutes. Not sure what programmer needed this crap for, but it's biting us in the butt now. I suppose some small part of our solution uses it to generate reports of some kind. But likely better options exist now and likely existed when it was first made too. I like the flexibility the most, if you can dream it up in your head you can do it with UnForm. When I first started in using it in 2001 I installed the software, learned enough to be useful and was producing documents with it by the end of the first day. Since then I have used it for many clients, saving a lot of money on forms costs and eventually doing things we had never done before, such as document archiving. Unform is an all-in-one solution for document markup, archiving, scanning, and workflow. It's easy to program, robust, and the tools get better every version.
