Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love how quickly Uber rides are picked up from the workers. I haven't had a time where I can't find a ride. I also really like how you can book an Uber ride in advance, that way you can make sure all of the your plans are good to go ahead of time. 1. The rides are affordable and at reasonable prices compared to other cabs platform. 2. The user interface of the application is attractive and simple to use. 3. It is easier to book and cancel rides with just a few clicks. 4. It has multiple ride options like mini, sedan, SUV or even carpool. 5. Along with card payments, the application also accepts cash and various online wallets as a mode of payment for the rides. - It gives affordable prices for the on demand cab service. - It has a lot of vehicle option to choose from. - It finds ride quickly and does not have long waiting time. - It also has a pool option for more affordable prices. Uber is a great way to be able to schedule rides for members to get to doctors and pharmacies. Easy to understand and use. Cons The cost to use Uber can definitely add up. Cheaper than taxis, but in some areas it still might be cheaper and easier to rent your own car. 1. The fare of the ride increases dramatically at office hours. 2. There is no option to add more than 2 drop destinations. The application is flawless, it has all the necessary features without any cons in my opinion. No save features or feature to remember repeat customers.
